Aboriginal Teachers Scholarship

These six scholarships are offered by the Tasmanian Department of Education to encourage indigenous students into teaching careers.

Beryl Bennett Bursary

This scholarship was established to honour the memory of Beryl Bennett and to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in courses in the School of Agricultural Science at the University of Tasmania.

Burnie Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bursary

The Burnie Chamber of Commerce and Industry will provide this bursary in 2010.

Burnie City Council West North-West Bursary

This bursary is provided by the Burnie City Council to support a commencing student from the municipality.

Circular Head Council Mayor's Education Fund Bursary

This bursary is provided by the Circular Head Council Mayor's Education Fund.

These two bursaries are an initiative of Cricket Tasmania through their fundraising campaign to support farmers, their families, and rural communities throughout Tasmania.
