Joyce Griston Memorial Tasmania University Scholarship

Two scholarships have been endowed by the late Basil Griston (in memory of his sister Joyce), who provided significant support for homeless and unemployed youth in Tasmania.

Eligibility

Available to assist financially disadvantaged Tasmanian students to study at UTAS. Selection is based on demonstration of economic disadvantage as well as evidence of academic ability.

Amount

Up to $3,000 per year

Duration

Up to four years
