John Kable Memorial Tasmania University Scholarship in Law

This scholarship is provided by the estate of the late John Kable QC, a noted Tasmanian barrister.

Eligibility

Available to a student who was educated in the Tasmanian state school system and who wishes to practise law. Eligible students must have completed the first year of a degree including the units 'Introduction to Law' and 'Legal Systems'.

Amount

$4,000 per year (paid towards HECS)

Duration

Up to four years
