Primary Health Care Honours Scholarship

These two scholarships are intended to encourage students from a variety of schools to study a topic in the area of primary health care. They are provided by the University Department of Rural Health (UDRH) and the Menzies Research Institute (MRI).

Eligibility

Available to an honours student from any faculty or school e.g. Health Science, Sociology and Social Work, Psychology, Education, Geography and Environmental Studies, Government, Computing, etc., provided the research addresses an issue of primary health care (with a specific focus on rural health for the UDRH award).

Please specify in your application whether you wish to apply for the UDRH or MRI award (or both).

$3,000 (UDRH), $5,000 (MRI)

Applicants should apply online and forward a copy of the referee's report to two referees. All potential honours students should make contact with the Honours Coordinator in their discipline to discuss interests and options.
