George Taylor Scholarship in Clinical Pharmacy
George Taylor is recognised as being one of the pioneering clinical pharmacists in Australia. George has helped to shape pharmacy practice in a career spanning 40 years and involving practice in Australia and the Middle East. George has taught virtually all of the hospital pharmacists practising in Tasmania and many others who have moved interstate. He has honed the clinical pharmacy skills of all Tasmanian pharmacy graduates for decades, thus improving healthcare outcomes for the Tasmanian population. The UTAS School of Pharmacy, together with George’s friends and colleagues, would like to acknowledge George’s outstanding educational contribution to Pharmacy by establishing this scholarship in his honour.
