Confirmation of Enrolment

Enrolment and Fees Notices

All new students receive their first Enrolment Statement as a hard copy in the mail. The statement will include the email account and password.

After the first enrolment statement is sent hard copy statements are no longer provided.  All statements, variations and invoices are stored electronically and are emailed to your UTas email account.

Use the Enrolment and Fees Notices link on the left to access a listing of all forms sent to you during the year. The forms have been created as PDF files and you will need Adobe Reader to access them. Select the appropriate form and once opened, view or print the form.

Faculty Record

You can check the status of your enrolment from here throughout the year to confirm that you are enrolled correctly or to confirm the status of variations to your enrolment.

Note: you cannot be examined or assessed in any units in which you are not enrolled.

Your enrolment must be finalised by the census date to ensure you do not receive any financial or academic penalty.

How to Log on

Choose from the following links. You may be required to authenticate to proceed.

For authentication you need to enter your POP account name (your email name before the @postoffice.utas.edu.au) and your password (your email password). More information on the Authentication process is available.

PLEASE NOTE: You should log off when you have finished using web pages that require authentication as that closes off the access to your personal information. If you are using a computer in a lab that others have access to, then other people, either intentionally or inadvertently can see your information

Confirmation of your enrolment will be available prior to the start of semester.
