Computer accounts

When you receive your enrolment statement you will notice a box in the centre of the back page of your statement detailing your username and passwords (view enrolment statement back page PDF).

These details will enable you to access and use Web mail and provide authentication for other services, such as WebCT, timetables and exams, requiring your email username as a logon.

Your username is the first part of your email account (the characters before the @ symbol) and password is your email password.

If you don't already have these details, contact the Service Desk.

ID Cards

Each year you need to renew your Student ID Card. The Student Centre schedules set days for you to get your cards between January and March. Please follow the isntructions on the ID Card Issuing Flyer during this period or call into the Student Centre to obtain a new card.
