Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Students

The University provides a community based environment for people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander origin through Riawunna Centre.  Riawunna offers social, cultural and study services and facilities including personal counselling and academic tuition. Student Organisations

The Tasmania University Union Inc is the official student organisation of the University of Tasmania. The TUU provides you with a social, cultural and sporting life outside your studies. Services include catering outlets, bars, accident insurance, shops, information centres, activities and events, student magazines, discount ticketing, advice with grievances and representation on University committees. Your involvement with any of the sporting clubs or societies offered will ensure that University is more than just study, it’s a way of life.
