Change of Preference and Change of Address

Change of Course

If you applied online you can return to the eApplication system to apply for a different course or change the order of your course preferences.  Log in using the Username and Password you selected when creating your application.

Alternatively, if you completed a paper application and wish to change your course preference you should lodge a written request to the Admissions Office, Private Bag 45, Hobart, TAS 7001 or email admissions@utas.edu.au (using the email address you provided at the time of application).

 

Change of Contact Details

If you applied online you can return to the eApplication system to change your contact details.  Log in using the Username and Password you selected when creating your application.

However, if you change your contact details after lodging a paper application form it is most important that you advise the Admissions Office either in writing, by email (from the email address you provide at time of application), or verbally.  If verbally, verification of your identity will be required.  

If you wish to change your address or contact details, and you applied via a paper application, you may:

 

  • Write to the Admissions Office, Private Bag 45, Hobart TAS 7001 and sign and date your letter;

  • Email the Admissions Office at admissions@utas.edu.au using the email address you provided in your application.

 

Please quote your Applicant ID number on any correspondence.

 

If you have already enrolled, you should also update your contact details via the eStudentCentre.
