Applications will be acknowledged online within 7 days of receipt.  If you applied online, login to the eApplication system to check the status of your application.  If you applied by post, check the Apply by post Acknowledgment system to check the status of your application.

If you would like confirmation of receipt of your application by post, you should enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope with your application. This will be mailed to you once your application is received.  If you apply using the online system you will also be emailed a receipt of application on submission.

Should further information or documents be required we will send you a Request for Supporting Documents.
